1Do I need to provide my own lock?
Yes, you are responsible for the lock on your unit
2How do I pay online?
When you sign up you will receive an invitation email to your member portal. You have access to your account via the website, from here you can view your balance, make a payment or update your contact information.
3When is my rent due?
Your rent is due on the 1st of the month. Your invoice will be posted to your account on the 18th of the month prior and you have until the 5th to pay your rent online, otherwise your card is run automatically.
4What are my insurance options?
Westside Storage does not offer insurance on your storage unit but you can get renters insurance through your insurance agency
5What are the access hours?
The gates are accessible from 6am-10pm every day of the year.
